He is the Chairman of the Executive Council of Spectra Health Mutual Insurance Scheme. He has over twenty (20) years’ work experience as a General Medical Practitioner, Consultant Radiologist, Lecturer, and Entrepreneur. He has worked in various Healthcare Institutions including Rotenburg Teaching Hospital (Rotenburg, Germany), Sunyani Regional Hospital, and Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. He is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Radiology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology since 2012. He is also a Reviewer of the West African Journal of Radiology since June 2013.

He has worked in various capacities as lead technical liaison as well as the Consultant providing the much-needed creativity and novelty required to bring projects to success.

He has been the Board Chairman, Wallstreet Micro Finance Limited, Purpose Micro Finance Co. Limited since 2011, Executive Chairman, China Jianda International Limited since 2015 and Executive Board Chairman, Trafalka Limited since 2016 and Asterix Insurance Brokers Limited since 2017.
Dr. Osei Owusu-Afriyie

He is a renowned Consultant Pathologist and Chief Superintendent of Police with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of medicine. He worked in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Medical School as Clinical Demonstrator from 2005 to 2006 and at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in the same period as Resident Medical Officer. From 2006 to 2010, he worked in the Department of Clinical Pathology as a Resident Pathologist at the University Hospital of North Norway, Tromso.
He also worked as a Part-time Senior Lecturer of Pathology at the University of Development Studies Medical School, Tamale from 2011 to 2013.
He is concurrently working at the University of Cape Coast Medical School as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer of Pathology.

Nana Ama Akyiaa Prempeh is a renowned Legal Practitioner who has had over thirty (30) years of experience in both private and public practice. Her professional experiences include Assistant State Attorney, Ministry of Justice from 1989 to 1990, Resident Representative-UK Woodreco Ghana Limited -1990 to 1993, Legal Practitioner- Kwaku Kyeremanteng & Co -1995 to 2002, Solicitor Secretary at Auto Parts Limited-Accra from 1999 to 2001, Coordinator- Human Rights Promotion Programme (Isodec) from 2000 to 2003, Director of Administration- Integrated Social Development Centre (Isodec) from 2003 to 2004, Senior State Attorney- Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, Principal Legal Officer- Law Reform Commission-2007 to 2009, Principal State Attorney from May 2009 – 2010 at Registrar General’s Department.
