One (1) free screening examination of your choice under the plan for non-usage within three (3) years of subscription. The minimum screening examinations include Mammogram, Ultrasound, and Calcium score screening.
In addition, an option for Virtual colonoscopy screening examination would be limited to Silver and Gold Plans subscribers whiles MRI Prostate screening examination to Gold subscribers only.
